It is not good enough to have the most beautiful or most popular product, if you cannot order it, get service on it, get it shipped on time, get the purchase correctly ordered or fix/repair damaged items, it is not high-end, it’s just pretty.

Our main focus is on direct distribution, working closely with architects, designers and builders. We do not seek to have our brands available in vast retail locations. But when we do, we purposely limit who we open and where, to keep distribution focused and service high. We aim to drive business into these exclusive locations whenever possible, where we have deeper relationships, with a high concentration on customer experience and service.
